1. Purpose of Daily Digital Posts

We provide professionally designed daily posts suitable for:

• WhatsApp Status
• Instagram Stories & Posts
• Other social media platforms

These posts help your brand stay active, relevant, and visually consistent every single day.

2. Structure of the Post

Each post is divided into two sections:

• 🔹 Upper Part (Changes Daily):
  Includes content based on:
  • Festivals and Special Days
  • Birth & Death Anniversaries (Jayanti & Punyatithi)
  • Motivational & Religious Quotes
  • Trending Themes & Events
• 🔸 Bottom Part (Your Custom Frame):
  Displays your brand information such as:
  • Name, Business, Contact Number, Logo, etc.
  • Customized according to the pack you choose

3. Pack-Wise Frame Rotation (All Packs Are Valid for 1 Year)

✅ Pack 1 – ₹499/year

• One fixed frame used daily throughout the year.

✅ Pack 2 – ₹699/year

• 3 frames used in rotation:
  • Frame 1 – Monday, Thursday, Sunday
  • Frame 2 – Tuesday, Friday
  • Frame 3 – Wednesday, Saturday

✅ Pack 3 – ₹999/year

• 7 unique frames for 7 days:
  • Frame 1 to Frame 7 assigned from Monday to Sunday

✅ Pack 4 – ₹1100/year

• 12 different frames for 12 months
• Each frame remains for one full month
• A new frame is introduced every month — ideal for seasonal branding

4. Creative Control & Customization Policy

• The upper part is created by our team based on current trends and calendar events.
  However, we always welcome your suggestions and try to implement them where possible.
• The bottom part is dedicated to your brand.
  Any changes will be made as per your selected pack limitations or prior discussions.

5. Delivery & Uniqueness Policy

• Posts are delivered 1 day in advance of publishing.
• We design multiple posts daily for various clients, but we try our best to maintain uniqueness.
• Similarities in upper content are very rare, but possible occasionally.

6. 🎯 Upgrade Policy (Valid for 1 Year from Upgrade Date)

If you decide to upgrade your pack within the first 3 months, your new plan will be valid for 1 full year from the upgrade date, not the original start date.

• You’ll only need to pay the difference amount:
  • ₹499 → ₹699 = ₹200
  • ₹499 → ₹999 = ₹500
  • ₹499 → ₹1100 = ₹600

This ensures maximum value without restarting your subscription.

7. 🚫 Cancellation & Refund Policy

In the unfortunate case where you wish to discontinue the service:

• If cancellation is requested before 5 months, a refund will be provided based on unused days (pro-rata basis).
• As all packs are valid for 1 year, after 5 months, no refund will be applicable as most of the design services are already delivered.
